A Healthy Smile … A Healthy Body

Why is Dental Healthy so Important?
A bright, healthy smile is something everyone wants, but healthy teeth and gums are important for more than cosmetic reasons. Untreated infection in the mouth would surely cause pain and discomfort, and could eventually threaten your circulatory, cardiovascular and other biological systems. Good oral care not only helps avoid dental diseases, but may also prevent other serious medical conditions and help enhance your overall health.

Protect Your Smile Inside and Out
- Brush your teeth correctly as recommended by your dentist to get rid of food particles left in between your teeth.
- Floss your teeth after every meal.
- Brush your teeth between meal or at least twice a day for two full minutes.
- Clean your tongue every time you brush your teeth.
- Replace your toothbrushes every three months. After that, even the best brushes become less effective.
- See your dentist twice a year. Dental professionals can evaluate your oral health, check for decay and diseases.
- Drink enough clean water during the day and before going to bed.
- Use the toothpaste that is formulated to reduce bacterial deposit.
